Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 19 Peraturan OJK No. 55/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Pembentukan dan Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kerja Komite Audit, bersama ini kami sampaikan
bahwa Dewan Komisaris telah menyetujui untuk melakukan perubahan susunan anggota
Komite Audit Perseroan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Rapat Dewan Komisaris tanggal 4 Juni
2026, terhitung efektif sejak tanggal 4 Juni 2026 menjadi sebagai berikut: /
In order to comply with Article 19 of OJK Regulation No. 55/POJK.04/2015 regarding The
Establishment and Work Implementation Guideline of the Audit Committee, we hereby inform
you that the Board of Commissioners has approved to make changes in the composition of
the Company’s Audit Committee members based on Board of Commissioners’ Meeting
Resolution Letter dated 4 June 2026, which effective from 4 June 2026 to become as follows:
