Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi peraturan BEI Nomor I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi pada No. IV.2.11 yang
menyebutkan bahwa Perusahaan tercatat wajib
menyampaikan laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) hari bursa
sebelum efek dimaksud jatuh tempo, maka melalui surat ini
kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyiapkan dana
untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III
Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri A sebesar Rp 41.000.000.000
(empat puluh satu milyar Rupiah) dan pokok Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan III Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri A sebesar Rp
31.500.000.000 (tiga puluh satu Milyar lima ratus juta Rupiah)
yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2026.
Dana untuk pelunasan pokok obligasi dan sukuk seperti yang
tertera pada tabel di atas telah tersedia di rekening bank milik
Perseroan. Perseroan siap melakukan penyetoran dana
pelunasan tersebut ke rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Report on Fund Readiness for the Redemption of Continuous
Type of Material Information or Facts Bonds III and Continuous Sukuk Ijarah III Phase I Year 2023

Description of Material Information or In order to comply with Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
Facts Regulation No. I-E regarding the Obligation to Submit
Information section No. IV.2.11, which states that listed
companies must submit a report on fund readiness for the
redemption of securities no later than 15 (fifteen) exchange
days prior to the maturity date of the securities, we hereby
inform you that the Company has prepared funds for the
principal redemption of Continuous Bonds III Phase I Year
2023 Series A amounting to IDR 41,000,000,000 (forty-one
billion Rupiah) and the principal of Continuous Sukuk Ijarah III
Phase I Year 2023 Series A amounting to IDR 31,500,000,000
(thirty-one billion five hundred million Rupiah), both of which
will mature on October 10, 2026.
The funds for the principal redemption of the bonds and sukuk,
as specified in the table above, are available in the Company's
bank account. The Company is prepared to transfer the
redemption funds to the account of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia in accordance with the established schedule.
