Perseroan telah menerima keputusan dari Otoritas Jasa Description of Material Keuangan (OJK) melalui surat nomor SR-443/PB.02/2024 Information or Facts tanggal 8 Oktober 2024 perihal Keputusan atas Pengangkatan Anggota Direksi PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Adapun surat OJK tersebut menerangkan bahwa OJK telah memutuskan untuk menyetujui pengangkatan: 1. Sdr. Harry Gusti Utama sebagai Direktur Retail Banking: 2. Sdr.
