4. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan telah menerima pinjaman Bilateral
Material / Description of dari KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited
Material Information or Fact (”KBANK”) dengan limit fasilitas sebesar
USD8.000.000 (delapan juta Dollar Amerika
Serikat) dengan tenor sampai dengan 150 hari
dari sejak tanggal penarikan, bunga SOFR plus
margin sesuai kondisi pasar yang berlaku.
Transaksi Pinjaman Bilateral ini dilakukan untuk
mendukung likuiditas tenor jangka pendek dan
menunjang penyaluran kredit Perseroan kepada
nasabah. Transaksi penarikan akan dilakukan
secara langsung (sekaligus).
KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
(“KBANK”) merupakan Ultimate Shareholder
dari Perseroan, melalui kepemilikan anak
perusahaannya KASIKORN VISION FINANCIAL
COMPANY PTE.LTD. (“KVF”) dengan kepemilikan
86,03% (atau 89,48% total kepemilikan
KASIKORNBANK Group).
The Company has obtained a bilateral loan
facility from KASIKORNBANK Public Company
Limited ("KBANK") with a facility limit of USD
8,000,000 (eight million United States Dollars).
The facility has a tenor of up to 150 days from
each drawdown date, with an interest rate of
SOFR plus a margin in accordance with
prevailing market conditions.
This bilateral loan transaction is intended to
support the Company's short-term liquidity
management and to facilitate the extension of
credit to its customers. The facility will be drawn
down in full through a single drawdown.
KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited
("KBANK") is the Company's Ultimate
Shareholder through its subsidiary, KASIKORN
VISION FINANCIAL COMPANY PTE. LTD. ("KVF"),
which holds 86.03% of the Company's shares (or
89.48% of the total shareholding held by the
KASIKORNBANK Group).
