Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat
Program MESOP PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (Perseroan),
sebagaimana telah disampaikan dalam Bab I Prospektus
Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham yang ditebitkan pada
tanggal 1 November 2023. Permohonan pra-pencatatan
saham tambahan untuk Tahap I telah disetujui oleh Bursa Efek
Indonesia melalui surat No. S-10125/BEI.PP3/09-2024 tanggal
24 September 2024. Selanjutnya pada tanggal 3 Oktober
2024 Perseroan telah menerbitkan Hak Opsi Tahap I dengan
Jumlah 16.008.000 (enam belas juta delapan ribu) Hak Opsi,
dimana setiap 1 Hak Opsi dapat dilaksanakan untuk membeli
1 saham baru Perseroan yang memiliki nilai nominal Rp. 25,-
(dua puluh lima Rupiah) per saham.
Perseroan juga telah menetapkan dengan harga pelaksanaan
hak Opsi Tahap I tersebut sebesar Rp. 1.482,- (seribu empat
ratus delapan puluh dua Rupiah) per saham, dengan
mengacu pada Butir V.2 Peraturan Pencatatan PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. I-A yakni sekurang-kurangnya 90% dari harga
rata-rata penutupan perdagangan saham Perseroan di Bursa
Efek Indonesia selama 25 (dua puluh lima) hari bursa sebelum
tanggal pemberitahuan permohonan pencatatan saham
tambahan kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia yakni rata-rata harga
penutupan perdagangan saham untuk periode 14 Agustus
2024 s/d 18 September 2024.
Hak Opsi Tahap I memiliki masa laku (Option Life) s/d 8
November 2026 dan memiliki masa tunggu (Vesting Period) 1
(satu) bulan sejak tanggal pendistribusiannya dengan
demikian mulai tanggal 2 November 2024 hak Opsi untuk telah
dapat digunakan untuk membeli saham baru Perseroan
Bersama ini kami melampirkan
1) Berita Acara RUPSLB yang menyetujui Program
MESOP Akta No. 139/2023
2) Harga penutupan 25 hari bursa terhitung sejak
tanggal 14 Agustus 2024 s/d 18 September 2024
3) Copy Bab I Prospektus terkait Program MESOP

Description of Material Information or With due respect,
Facts
MESOP Program of PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (the
Company), as stated in Chapter I of the Prospectus for the
Initial Public Offering of Shares issued on November 1, 2023.
The application for pre-listing of additional shares for Phase I
was approved by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through letter
No. S-10125/BEI.PP3/09-2024 dated September 24, 2024.
Furthermore, on October 3, 2024, the Company has issued
Phase I Option Rights with a total of 16,008,000 (sixteen
million eight thousand) Option Rights, where each 1 Option
Right can be exercised to purchase 1 new share of the
Company which has a nominal value of Rp. 25, - (twenty-five
Rupiah) per share.
The Company has also set the exercise price of the Phase I
Option rights at Rp. 1,482 (one thousand four hundred eighty-
two Rupiah) per share, with reference to Item V.2 of the Listing
Rules of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. I-A, which is at
least 90% of the average closing price of the Company's
shares trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 25
(twenty-five) trading days prior to the date of notification of the
application for additional listing to the Indonesia Stock
Exchange, namely the average closing price of shares trading
for the period August 14, 2024 to September 18, 2024.
Phase I Option Rights have an Option Life until November 8,
2026 and have a vesting period of 1 (one) month from the date
of distribution, therefore starting November 2, 2024, the Option
Rights can be used to purchase new shares of the Company.

2) The closing price of 25 trading days from August 14,
2024 to September 18, 2024
3) Copy of Chapter I of the Prospectus related to
MESOP Program
