Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 30 September 2024, MKCP selaku pemegang
unit DINFRA, telah secara efektif mengkonversi SUJP yang
diterbitkan oleh MSU menjadi saham-saham dalam MSU
sebagai pelunasan SUJP. Nilai unit yang dikonversi oleh
MKCP menjadi saham dimaksud adalah senilai
Rp3.075.922.840.000 (tiga triliun tujuh puluh lima miliar
sembilan ratus dua puluh dua juta delapan ratus empat puluh
ribu Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Setelah konversi unit DINFRA menjadi saham-saham tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dilakukan maka Perseroan sudah tidak lagi memiliki piutang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terhadap MSU dan MSU akan menjadi anak perusahaan yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau terkonsolidasi dengan Perseroan melalui MKCP. Dengan
Perusahaan Publik dilaksanakan Transaksi diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban
keuangan bagi MSU yang secara tidak langsung memberikan
dampak positif bagi Perseroan.
Konversi unit DINFRA menjadi saham-saham dimaksud, tidak
menimbulkan dampak negatif yang material bagi kegiatan
usaha maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On 30 September 2024, MKCP as the unit holder of DINFRA,
Facts has effectively converted the SUJP issued by MSU into shares
in MSU as the repayment of SUJP. The value of units
converted by MKCP into shares is Rp3,075,922,840,000 (three
trillion seventy-five billion nine hundred twenty-two million eight
hundred forty thousand Rupiah).
Impact of event, material information or After the conversion of DINFRA units into shares is carried out,
facts towards Issuers or Public the Company no longer has receivables from MSU and MSU
Company’s operational activities, legal, will become a consolidated subsidiary of the Company through
financial condition, or going concern MKCP. The Transaction is expected to reduce the financial
burden for MSU which indirectly has a positive impact on the
Company.
The conversion of DINFRA units into shares does not have a
material negative impact on the Company's business activities
or business continuity.
