Indonesia No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang

bermaksud untuk menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
In order to comply with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by the Issuers or Public Companies and Directors Decree of
Indonesia Stock Exchange No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding the Amendment to the
Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation to Submit Information, we, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (the
“Company”) hereby intend to submit the Report on Material Information or Facts as follows:

development dan sarana penunjangnya serta
menjalankan usaha dalam bidang jasa termasuk
pembangunan perumahan, perkantoran,
perindustrian, perhotelan, rumah sakit, pusat
perbelanjaan, fasilitas umum, hospitality, pelayanan
kesehatan beserta fasilitasnya, baik secara langsung
maupun melalui penyertaan (investasi) ataupun
pelepasan (divestasi) modal sehubungan dengan
kegiatan usaha utama Perseroan dalam perusahaan
lain.
Engaged in real estate, including but not limited to real
estate that is owned or leased, which includes business
development, purchase, sale, rental and operation of
real estate such as land, apartment buildings, malls,
shopping centers, hospitals, conference halls,
hospitality, sports facilities, and supporting facilities,
urban development, building development for self-
operation; providing accommodation and providing

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan, melalui Theta Capital Pte. Ltd., anak
Material/ perusahaan Perseroan yang didirikan berdasarkan
Description of Material hukum negara Singapura ("Theta Capital")
Information or Facts bermaksud untuk melaksanakan haknya untuk
melakukan call option (“Pelaksanaan Call Option”)
dari pemegang obligasi senior yang akan jatuh tempo
tahun 2026 dengan tingkat bunga 6,75% (“Obligasi
2026”), dengan jumlah pokok yang akan jatuh tempo
sebesar USD130,804,000, sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang berlaku.
The Company, through Theta Capital Pte. Ltd., a
subsidiary of the Company established under the laws
of Singapore ("Theta Capital"), intends to exercise its
Call Option rights (“Call Option Exercise”) from
holders of the 6.75% senior notes due 2026 (“2026
Notes”), with outstanding aggregate principal amount
of US$130,804,000, in accordance with the prevailing
regulations.
Pelaksanaan Call Option direncanakan akan selesai
pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2024.
The Call Option Exercise is scheduled to be completed
on 31 October 2024.

4. Dampak kejadian, informasi Pelaksanaan Call Option tidak memiliki dampak
atau fakta material tersebut negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
terhadap Emiten atau kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha
Perusahaan Publik/ Perseroan.
Impact of such event The Call Option Exercise does not have a negative
information or material facts impact on the operational activities, law, financial
