Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Proyek strategis panas bumi milik PT Pertamina Geothermal
Energy Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) mendapatkan dukungan
pendanaan internasional. Dukungan tersebut diperoleh setelah
tiga proyek Perseroan masuk ke dalam Green Book 2026
yang diterbitkan Kementerian Perencanaan
Pembangunan/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional
(Kementerian PPN/Bappenas). Capaian ini mencerminkan
kesiapan proyek untuk memasuki tahap pengembangan
berikutnya, seiring dengan kinerja bisnis dan operasional
Perseroan yang terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan per 31 Maret 2026, PGE
mencatatkan peningkatan laba bersih sebesar 40 persen yakni
US$43,90 juta, dibandingkan US$31,35 juta pada periode
yang sama tahun sebelumnya (YoY). Perseroan juga
membukukan pendapatan sebesar US$116,56 juta atau
meningkat 14,8 persen dibandingkan US$101,507 juta pada
periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pertumbuhan tersebut
didorong oleh efektivitas strategi bisnis berkelanjutan yang
dijalankan Perseroan.
Kinerja positif ditopang oleh pertumbuhan produksi yang
konsisten. Pada 2025, PGE mencatatkan produksi tertinggi
sepanjang sejarah (all-time high) dengan total produksi
mencapai 5.095 gigawatt hour (GWh), meningkat 5,55 persen
dibandingkan 4.827 GWh pada 2024. Tren positif tersebut
berlanjut pada kuartal I-2026, ketika produksi listrik meningkat
15,22 persen (YoY) menjadi 1.370 GWh.
Direktur Utama PGE Ahmad Yani mengatakan bahwa di
tengah meningkatnya kebutuhan energi bersih dan tantangan
ketahanan energi global, masuknya proyek-proyek Perseroan
ke dalam Green Book 2026 Bappenas menjadi pengakuan
atas kesiapan proyek untuk memasuki tahap pengembangan
berikutnya.
Kami melihat kinerja positif yang dibukukan Perseroan
semakin memperkuat kepercayaan berbagai investor terhadap
prospek bisnis dan pengembangan proyek-proyek PGE.
Selain membuka peluang akses terhadap berbagai sumber
pendanaan internasional yang dapat mendukung percepatan
realisasi proyek, pencapaian ini juga meningkatkan visibilitas
dan daya tarik proyek-proyek Perseroan di mata calon mitra
strategis maupun lembaga pendanaan global. Kami optimistis
penguatan fundamental bisnis, didukung portofolio proyek
yang semakin matang, akan menjadi fondasi penting bagi
pertumbuhan berkelanjutan Perseroan sekaligus mendukung
agenda transisi energi nasional, ujar Ahmad Yani.
Ketiga proyek tersebut meliputi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga
Panas Bumi (PLTP) Lumut Balai Unit 3 (55 megawatt/MW),
PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 4 (55 MW), serta PLTP Lahendong
Unit 7 - 8 (50 MW).
Dengan masuknya ketiga proyek ini ke dalam Green Book,
pendanaan yang didapatkan diharapkan dapat membantu
Perseroan mempertahankan cost of debt yang kompetitif
sekaligus meningkatkan keekonomian proyek dalam jangka
panjang.
Selain membantu menjaga struktur pendanaan yang sehat
dan mempertahankan cost of debt yang kompetitif, masuknya
ketiga proyek ini juga berpotensi meningkatkan keekonomian

proyek sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan bagi Perseroan dan para pemangku kepentingan, kata Ahmad Yani. Green Book 2026 yang secara resmi bernama Daftar Rencana Prioritas Pinjaman Luar Negeri Tahun 2026 memuat proyek- proyek nasional yang berhasil mendapatkan komitmen pendanaan luar negeri yang dikoordinasikan Pemerintah Indonesia melalui berbagai mitra pembangunan internasional. Daftar tersebut disusun berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Nomor Kep. 52/M. PPN/IIK/06/2026. Sebelumnya, proyek-proyek tersebut telah masuk dalam Daftar Rencana Pinjaman Luar Negeri Jangka Menengah Tahun 2025 - 2029 (Blue Book) Bappenas yang telah memenuhi berbagai aspek kesiapan teknis, finansial, lingkungan, dan kelembagaan yang dipersyaratkan. Masuknya proyek ke dalam Green Book menjadi tonggak penting menuju implementasi dan pengembangan lanjutan. Adapun ketiga proyek tersebut tercantum dalam skema on- lending melalui pembiayaan concessional loan yang menawarkan suku bunga lebih atraktif serta tenor yang lebih panjang dibandingkan pembiayaan komersial. Nilai total pinjaman yang tercantum dalam Green Book 2026 mencapai US$477,87 juta, dengan rincian: - PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 3 (target COD 2030) : US$158,86 juta dari JICA - PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 4 (target COD 2032) : US$148,97 juta dari JICA - PLTP Lahendong Unit 7 - 8 (target COD 2030) : US$170,04 juta dari World Bank Ketiga proyek tersebut merupakan bagian dari roadmap PGE untuk mengembangkan potensi panas bumi hingga 3 gigawatt (GW). Setelah beroperasi, proyek-proyek ini akan menambah pasokan listrik rendah emisi dan memperkuat peran panas bumi dalam bauran energi nasional. PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 3 dan PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 4 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim dan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, akan memperluas pengembangan panas bumi PGE di wilayah Sumatera. Kedua proyek tersebut juga telah memiliki Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) yang mendukung prospek pengembangannya ke depan, dengan PLTP Lumut Balai Unit 4 tercantum dalam Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL) PLN 202 - 2034. Sementara itu, penambahan kapasitas produksi melalui PLTP Lahendong Unit 7 - 8 serta Binary Unit di Kabupaten Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara, akan, meningkatkan kontribusi PGE terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik Sulawesi Utara dari 30 persen menjadi 35 - 40 persen dari total kebutuhan listrik. Sejalan dengan pengembangan tersebut, sebagai world leading geothermal producer, PGE terus berfokus pada pertumbuhan jangka panjang melalui tiga strategi utama, yaitu optimalisasi aset eksisting, ekspansi bisnis, dan diversifikasi sumber pendapatan baru. Kami meyakini bahwa setiap pengembangan panas bumi tidak

hanya menghasilkan energi rendah karbon, tetapi juga
menciptakan dampak ekonomi yang luas melalui penyerapan
tenaga kerja, peningkatan ekonomi lokal, dan penguatan
ekosistem industri dalam negeri, ujar Ahmad Yani.

Description of Material Information or A strategic geothermal project by PT Pertamina Geothermal
Facts Energy Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) has secured international
funding support. This support was secured after three of the
Companys projects were included in the 2026 Green Book
published by the Ministry of National Development
Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Ministry of
PPN/Bappenas). This achievement reflects the projects
readiness to enter the next development phase, in line with the
Companys business and operational performance, which
continues to show positive growth.
Based on the financial statements as of March 31, 2026, PGE
recorded a 40 percent increase in net profit to US$43.90
million, compared to US$31.35 million in the same period the
previous year (YoY). The Company also recorded revenue of
US$116.56 million, an increase of 14.8 percent compared to
US$101.507 million in the same period the previous year. This
growth was driven by the effectiveness of the sustainable
business strategies implemented by the Company.
This positive performance was supported by consistent
production growth. In 2025, PGE recorded an all-time high in
production, with total output reaching 5,095 gigawatt-hours
(GWh), an increase of 5.55 percent compared to 4,827 GWh in
2024. This positive trend continued in Q1 2026, when
electricity production increased by 15.22 percent (YoY) to
1,370 GWh.
PGE President Director Ahmad Yani stated that amid rising
demand for clean energy and global energy security
challenges, the inclusion of the Companys projects in
Bappenas Green Book 2026 serves as recognition of the
projects readiness to enter the next phase of development.
We see that the positive performance recorded by the
Company further strengthens investor confidence in the
business prospects and development of PGEs projects. In
addition to opening opportunities for access to various
international funding sources that can support the acceleration
of project implementation, this achievement also enhances the
visibility and appeal of the Companys projects in the eyes of
potential strategic partners and global funding institutions. We
are optimistic that the strengthening of our business
fundamentals, supported by an increasingly mature project
portfolio, will serve as a crucial foundation for the Companys
sustainable growth while also supporting the national energy
transition agenda, said Ahmad Yani.
The three projects include the Lumut Balai Geothermal Power
Plant (PLTP) Unit 3 (55 megawatts/MW), Lumut Balai PLTP
Unit 4 (55 MW), and Lahendong PLTP Units 7 - 8 (50 MW).
With the inclusion of these three projects in the Green Book,
the funding obtained is expected to help the Company
maintain a competitive cost of debt while improving the long-
term economic viability of the projects.
In addition to helping maintain a healthy capital structure and
competitive cost of debt, the inclusion of these three projects
also has the potential to improve project viability, thereby
providing sustainable value for the Company and its
stakeholders, said Ahmad Yani.

The 2026 Green Book, officially titled the 2026 List of Priority Foreign Loan Projects, includes national projects that have secured foreign financing commitments coordinated by the Government of Indonesia through various international development partners. The list was compiled based on the Decision of the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency No. Kep. 52/M.PPN/IIK/06/2026. Previously, these projects were included in Bappenas 2025 - 2029 Medium-Term Foreign Loan Plan (Blue Book), having met the required technical, financial, environmental, and institutional readiness criteria. The inclusion of projects in the Green Book marks a significant milestone toward implementation and further development. These three projects are included in an on-lending scheme through concessional loans, which offer more attractive interest rates and longer terms compared to commercial financing. The total loan amount listed in the 2026 Green Book amounts to US$477.87 million, with the following breakdown: - Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 3 (targeted COD 2030) : US$158.86 million from JICA - Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 4 (targeted COD 2032) : US$148.97 million from JICA - Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 4 (targeted COD 2032) : US$148.97 million from JICA - Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 3 (target COD 2030) : US$158.86 million from JICA - Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 4 (target COD 2032) : US$148.97 million from JICA - Lahendong Geothermal Power Plant Units 7 - 8 (targeted COD 2030) : US$170.04 million from the World Bank These three projects are part of PGEs roadmap to develop geothermal potential up to 3 gigawatts (GW). Once operational, these projects will increase the supply of low- emission electricity and strengthen the role of geothermal energy in the national energy mix. The Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 3 and Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 4, located in Muara Enim Regency and Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, South Sumatra Province, will expand PGEs geothermal development in the Sumatra region. Both projects have also secured Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) that support their future development prospects, with the Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Unit 4 included in PLNs 2022 - 2034 Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL). Meanwhile, the addition of production capacity through the Lahendong Geothermal Power Plant Units 7 - 8 and the Binary Unit in Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi, will increase PGEs contribution to meeting North Sulawesis electricity needs from 30 percent to 35 - 40 percent of total electricity demand. In line with this development, as a world-leading geothermal

producer, PGE continues to focus on long-term growth through
three key strategies: optimization of existing assets, business
expansion, and diversification of new revenue streams.
We believe that every geothermal development not only
generates low-carbon energy but also creates broad economic
impacts through job creation, local economic growth, and the
strengthening of the domestic industrial ecosystem, said
