Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), anak perusahaan
utama PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group, IDX:
DOID), mengumumkan keberhasilan penerbitan Obligasi
Rupiah II BUMA Tahun 2024 (Obligasi II BUMA Tahun 2024)
dengan nilai total sebesar Rp1 triliun. Hanya dalam hitungan
hari, Obligasi ini mengalami kelebihan permintaan
(oversubscribed) sebesar 1,4x, mengindikasikan tingginya
permintaan investor serta kepercayaan terhadap stabilitas
keuangan dan prospek pertumbuhan BUMA. Dengan semakin
banyaknya investor yang berkomitmen pada tenor jangka
panjang, BUMA memperkuat kemampuannya dalam
mengelola profil jatuh tempo utang secara lebih efektif.

IDX: DOID), announced the successful issuance of the BUMA
II 2024 Rupiah Bonds (BUMA II 2024 Bonds) with a total value
of Rp1 trillion. The bonds was oversubscribed by 1.4x within
days, indicating strong investor demand and confidence in
BUMA financial stability and growth prospects. With more
investors committed to longer-term tenors, BUMA has
enhanced its ability to effectively manage its debt maturity
