atau Perusahaan Publik, POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tahun
2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan
Usaha, dan POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tahun 2020 tentang
Transaksi Afiliasi dan Benturan Kepentingan, sehubungan
dengan rencana transaksi pembelian dan pengambilalihan
ServeCo dari PT Link Net Tbk (Linknet) serta penyewaan
jaringan HFC/FTTH dan/atau fasilitas lain yang dimiliki oleh
Linknet (Transaksi).
Sebagai kelanjutan dari pengungkapan di atas, Perseroan
telah menyelesaikan Transaksi pada tanggal kejadian
sebagaimana disebut di kolom atas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian, informasi, dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak

Description of Material Information or Previously, PT XL Axiata Tbk (the Company) has submitted
Facts Information Disclosure on 10 September 2024 through
Company's letter No. 2240/EXT/CSEC/CEOD/2024 and No.
2242/EXT/CSEC/CEOD/2024 in order to comply with OJK
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 of 2015 on Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts, OJK Regulation No.
17/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 on Material Transactions and
Change of Business Activity, and OJK Regulation No.
42/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 on Affiliated Transactions and
Conflict of Interest, in relation to proposed purchase and
acquisition of ServeCo from PT Link Net Tbk (Linknet) also
lease of the HFC/FTTH Network and/or facilities that are
owned by Linknet (Transaction).
As a follow-up to such disclosure, the Company has completed
the Transaction on the date of event as mentioned in the
column above.
