3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material | Dalam rangka penyertaan modal Perseroan pada KPEI terkait
dengan pembentukan dan pengembangan Central
Counterparty di Pasar Uang dan Pasar Valuta Asing, pada
tanggal 25 September 2024 Perseroan telah melakukan
penyetoran modal pada KPEI senilai Rp20.000.000.000,00
(dua puluh miliar Rupiah) untuk mengambil bagian atas 2500
(dua ribu lima ratus) lembar saham Seri B yang diterbitkan
oleh KPEI.
Tujuan penyertaan modal Perseroan pada KPEI adalah dalam
rangka mendukung pelaksanaan dan pengembangan Central
Counterparty di Pasar Uang dan Pasar Valuta Asing yang
merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2023
tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan
yang merupakan perwujudan atas penguatan kerangka
hukum di sektor keuangan melalui peguatan infrastruktur
pasar keuangan.
Penyertaan modal yang dijalankan oleh Perseroan bukan
merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha

The Company's capital participation in PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia
(KPEI) in the framework of cooperation in the establishment and development
of Central Counterparty in the Money Market and Foreign Exchange Market.
3. | Description of Material
Information or Facts
In the framework of the Company's capital participation in KPEI related to the
establishment and development of Central Counterparty in the Money Market
and Foreign Exchange Market, on 25 September 2024 the Company has made
a capital deposit in KPEI worth Rp20,000,000,000.00 (twenty billion Rupiah) to
take part in 2500 (two thousand five hundred) shares Series B issued by KPEI.
The purpose of the Company's capital participation in KPEI is to support the
implementation and development of Central Counterparty in Money Market
and Foreign Exchange Market as mandated by Law No. 4 of 2023 on Financial
Sector Development and Strengthening which is a manifestation of
strengthening the legal framework in the financial sector through strengthening
financial market infrastructure.
The Company's capital participation is not a material transaction as stipulated
in the OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions
and Changes in Business Activities.
