Hingga saat ini Perseroan telah mengungkapkan semua informasi dan fakta material yang
diketahui sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Apabila terdapat informasi atau fakta material
sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan bursa dimaksud, maka Perseroan akan mematuhi
ketentuan peraturan tersebut.

Until now, the Company has disclosed all known material information and facts in
accordance with applicable regulations. If there is information or material facts as
Stipulated in the stock exchange regulations, the Company will comply with the provisions
of the regulations.

3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu

Secara umum, Perseroan telah memiliki rencana dan strategi bisnis yang berfokus pada
pertumbuhan Perseroan dengan tetap memperhatikan kepentingan terbaik bagi para
pemangku kepentingan.

Sebagai perusahaan tercatat, Perseroan akan tetap mematuhi ketentuan peraturan pasar
modal Indonesia mengenai keterbukaan informasi.

In general, the Company has a business plan and strategy that focuses on the Company's
growth while still paying attention to the best interests of stakeholders.

As a listed company, the Company will continue to comply with the provisions of
Indonesia's capital market regulations regarding information disclosure.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
