Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya
dimiliki oleh AMP sebesar 99,99Yo.

In order to comply with the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 dated
July 2, 2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and
Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby
convey an explanation of the transaction of the
Agreement to change the maximum ceiling of the
PT Agro Multi Persada ("AMP") Loan facility to
AMP's subsidiary, PT Muaratoyu Subur Lestari
("MSL").

1. Based on the receivables agreement made
between AMP and its subsidiary, MSL. The

controlled company of the Company whose
shares are owned by the Company

C. PT Muaratoyu Subur Lestari (“MSL”) is a

through AMP whose shares are owned by
