Merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal 4 ayat (1) dari Peraturan OJK, Perseroan akan menunjuk — Sekretaris — Perusahaan pengganti dalam jangka waktu 60 (enam puluh) hari terhitung sejak tanggal efektif pengunduran diri. Sepanjang proses transisi, fungsi Sekretaris Perusahaan akan dijalankan sementara waktu oleh Bpk. Andromeda Hermawan Tristanto sampai dengan pengangkatan resmi Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru. Direktur Utama / President Director Pursuant to the provision of Article 4 paragraph (1) of the OJK Regulation, the Company shall appoint new replacement of the Corporate Secretary within 60 (sixty) days since the effective date of such resignation. During the transition period, function of Corporate Secretary shall be temporarily performed by Mr. Andromeda Hermawan Tristanto until the official appointment of new Corporate Secretary.
