Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani perjanjian kemitraan pada
20 September 2024 dengan Tencent, dimana kedua belah
pihak setuju untuk bekerja sama dalam layanan terkait cloud.
Jangka waktu perjanjian ini adalah lima tahun.
Berdasarkan kemitraan tersebut, Tencent akan menyediakan
rangkaian lengkap solusi infrastruktur cloud dan layanan digital
yang komprehensif untuk bisnis Perseroan. Sebagai bagian
dari kemitraan yang berjangka waktu lima tahun ini, Perseroan
akan memanfaatkan teknologi dan layanan Platform as a
Service (PaaS) dari Tencent Cloud untuk mendukung
ekosistem Perseroan secara menyeluruh. Tim engineering
Perseroan akan bekerja sama dengan para ahli layanan dan
infrastruktur internal Tencent Cloud untuk mengembangkan
teknologi lebih lanjut, sehingga memungkinkan Perseroan
untuk terus meningkatkan penawaran Perseroan, sekaligus
memperkuat produk yang berfokus pada konsumen dan
memperkuat pengalaman pengguna.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Press Release: GoTo Group Partners with Tencent for Cloud
Type of Material Information or Facts Infrastructure and Digital Services Delivery
Description of Material Information or The Company entered into a partnership agreement with
Facts Tencent on September 20, 2024, in which the parties agreed
to collaborate on cloud related services. The term of the
agreement is five years.
Under the partnership, Tencent will provide a comprehensive
suite of cloud infrastructure solutions and digital services to the
business of the Company. As part of the five year partnership,
the Company will leverage the technology and Platform as a
Service (PaaS) of Tencent Cloud to support the
comprehensive ecosystem of the Company. The engineering
team of the Company will collaborate with the in-house service
and architecture experts of Tencent Cloud to further develop
its technology, allowing the Company to improve its enterprise
offerings, while also boosting its consumer-centric products
and strengthening user experience.
