PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (BUMI) wins two awards in TOP GRC Awards 2024. TOP GRC Awards
is an event held by Majalah Top Business in collaboration with several parties and is the largest
GRC award in Indonesia. Themed “Leadership for Sustainable Impact: GRC, ESG, and
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”, this event was held in Hotel Raffles Jakarta (11/9).
The assessment in this award was done to 900 companies in Indonesia. After going through an
objective and independent assessment, BUMI won the TOP GRC Awards 2024 #5 Stars. Award
#5 Star is the highest level of this award. A company that receives the #5 Stars award means it has
the best system, infrastructure and implementation of GRC (governance, risk and compliance) so
that it can support the continuous improvement of the company's business performance.
BUMI's success in winning the #5 Stars award certainly cannot be separated from the role of
company leaders. For this reason, the TOP GRC Awards 2024 also awarded Adika Nuraga Bakrie,
President Director of BUMI, The Most Committed GRC Leader 2024 award. This award is given
to company leaders who are committed and serious in implementing GRC in their company.
BUMI consistently improves the implementation of risk management, compliance, and good
governance in running its business. BUMI is also committed to strengthening the GRC system,
improving the quality and transparency of public disclosure, as well as implementing GRC best
practices in various operational aspects in the BUMI business group.
