Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 13 September 2024, Perseroan bersama
dengan entitas anak Perseroan dan BMRI telah
menandatangani Akta Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit No. 91 dibuat
dihadapan Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn., Notaris
di Jakarta (Perjanjian Fasilitas).
Berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas tersebut, Perseroan
mendapatkan fasilitas kredit berjangka dengan nilai fasilitas
maksimal sebesar Rp 700.000.000.000,- (tujuh ratus miliar
Rupiah) (Pinjaman).
Pinjaman berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas tersebut akan jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 12 September 2029.
Seluruh Pinjaman yang diperoleh Perseroan ini akan
dipergunakan untuk membiayai gap cashflow Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pinjaman dari BMRI tersebut menyebabkan bertambahnya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kewajiban keuangan Perseroan, dan sekaligus juga akan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, membantu Perseroan dalam membiayai kegiatan usahanya
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Signing of Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank Mandiri

Description of Material Information or On 13th September 2024, the Company and BMRI have
Facts entered into The Deed Of Credit Facility Agreement No. 91
made before Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn. Notary
in Jakarta (Facility Agreement).
Under the Facility Agreement, the Company have obtained a
term loan facility in the maximum amount of IDR
700.000.000.000,- (Indonesia Rupiah seven hundred million)
(Loan).
Loans based on the Facility Agreement will due on 12th
September 2029.
All Loan obtained by the Company will be used to finance the
Companys cashflow gap.
Impact of event, material information or The Loan from BMRI causes the increase in the financial
facts towards Issuers or Public obligation of the Company, and at the same time will support
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Company to finance its business activities
financial condition, or going concern
