Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI) Baru.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan
tanggal 30 April 2026 lalu mengenai Rencana Penambahan
Kegiatan Usaha melalui penambahan KBLI 25992 dan 21015,
dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan informasi perubahan
dan/atau tambahan informasi terkait perihal tersebut.
Perubahan dan/atau tambahan informasi ini mencakup:
1. Penjelasan lebih rinci mengenai ruang lingkup kegiatan
usaha, keterkaitan sinergis dengan bisnis utama Perseroan,
serta status perizinan dan sertifikasi regulatori sektoral.
2. Pemutakhiran Laporan Studi Kelayakan (FS) oleh Penilai
Independen (KJPP Benedictus Darmapuspita dan Rekan)
dengan nomor laporan baru: 00244/2.0103-
00/BS/04/0121/1/VI/2026 tanggal 2 Juni 2026. Laporan FS
versi revisi ini diterima oleh Perseroan pada tanggal 3 Juni
2026 dan disusun dalam format Keterbukaan Informasi oleh
Perseroan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2026.
3. Pengungkapan tambahan mengenai Hubungan Afiliasi,
Transaksi Material, Risiko Usaha, serta sumber pendanaan
ekspansi usaha yang sepenuhnya berasal dari kas internal
Perseroan.
4. Penyajian kembali Tabel Perbandingan Neraca dan Laba
Rugi entitas induk (parent only) untuk memberikan gambaran
kuantitatif dampak transaksi yang lebih transparan.
Seluruh detail mengenai perubahan dan/atau tambahan
informasi tersebut di atas telah dituangkan dalam dokumen
Keterbukaan Informasi (final) yang dapat diunduh pada
lampiran pengumuman ini dan website Perseroan

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi perubahan dan/atau tambahan ini mempertegas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan komitmen Perseroan dalam menerapkan tata kelola
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perusahaan yang baik serta memastikan pemenuhan seluruh
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau ketentuan POJK Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020. Penambahan KBLI
Perusahaan Publik baru diproyeksikan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap nilai
intrinsik Perseroan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp43,43 miliar
dan IRR sebesar 33,63%, serta memperkuat ketahanan bisnis
jangka panjang melalui diversifikasi portofolio.

Announcement of Changes and/or Additional Information
Type of Material Information or Facts regarding the Disclosure of Information regarding the Plan to
Add a New Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification
(KBLI).
Description of Material Information or In relation with the Company's Information Disclosure dated
Facts April 30, 2026, regarding the Planned Additional Business
Activities through the addition of KBLI 25992 and 21015, the
Company hereby provides information on changes and/or
additional information related to this matter.
This change and/or additional information includes:
1. A more detailed explanation of the scope of business
activities, synergistic relationships with the Company's core
business, and the status of sectoral regulatory permits and
certifications.
2. Update of the Feasibility Study (FS) Report by the
Independent Appraiser (KJPP Benedictus Darmapuspita and
Partners) with a new report number: 00244/2.0103-
00/BS/04/0121/1/VI/2026 dated June 2, 2026. This revised FS
report was received by the Company on June 3, 2026, and
prepared in the Information Disclosure format by the Company
on June 4, 2026.
3. Additional disclosures regarding Affiliated Relationships,
Material Transactions, Business Risks, and funding sources for
business expansion, which are entirely derived from the
Company's internal cash.
4. Restatement of the Parent Entity Balance Sheet and Income
Statement (Parent only) to provide a more transparent
quantitative overview of the transaction impact.
All details regarding the changes and/or additional information
mentioned above have been outlined in the (final) Information
Disclosure document, which can be downloaded from the
attachment to this announcement and from the Company's
website (www.scnp.co.id).

Impact of event, material information or This information on changes and/or additions reinforces the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's commitment to implementing good corporate
Company’s operational activities, legal, governance and ensuring compliance with all provisions of
financial condition, or going concern POJK Number 17/POJK.04/2020. The addition of the new
KBLI is projected to positively contribute to the Company's
intrinsic value with an NPV of IDR 43.43 billion and an IRR of
33.63%, as well as strengthening long-term business resilience
through portfolio diversification.
