                                              Press Release_Alibaba and GoTo Group Announce Strategic
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Partnership to Drive Innovation in Indonesia's Digital Economy

 Description of Material Information or       The Company and Alibaba have signed a Memorandum of
 Facts                                        Understanding (MoU) on September 13, 2024 marking one of
                                              the most significant strategic cloud engagements of Alibaba
                                              Cloud in Southeast Asia.

                                              The collaboration will leverage Alibaba Cloud's technologies to
                                              support the extensive ecosystem of the Company. The
                                              Company has committed to utilize the services of Alibaba
                                              Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence backbone of
                                              Alibaba Group, for a five-year period. The services will bolster
                                              platform services and digital innovation of the Company with
                                              the advanced cloud and AI technologies of Alibaba.

                                              This expanded strategic partnership represents commitment of
                                              Alibaba to the Company as a long-term investor. The
                                              partnership period is set for 5 (five) years and Alibaba commits
                                              to maintaining its current shareholding in GoTo Group
                                              throughout the duration of the partnership. Alibaba Group
                                              holds 88,531,124,993 Series A shares in the Company as of
                                              August 31, 2024.

                                              Alibaba Cloud will provide various cloud-related services
                                              including cloud computing, cloud-native database, networking,
                                              security and data analytics, among others. This partnership
                                              aims to deliver a superior experience to the customers of the
                                              Company in Indonesia by tapping into the latest innovations in
                                              digital transformation and AI-driven growth.
