 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material          Pada tanggal 11 September 2024, PT. Dima Investindo (DI)
                                               telah menandatangani Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Saham
                                               PT. Miki Ojisan Indomitra (MOI) dan Perseroan sehubungan
                                               dengan rencana transaksi pengambilalihan Perseroan atas
                                               440.000.000 (empat ratus empat puluh juta) saham milik MOI
                                               dalam Perseroan atau mewakili 55% (lima puluh lima persen)
                                               dari keseluruhan modal yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor
                                               penuh dalam Perseroan.

                                               Pengumuman negosiasi rencana pengambilalihan tersebut
                                               telah dipublikasikan pada surat kabar Investor Daily tertanggal
                                               12 September 2024, sebagaimana terlampir.
 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta         Rencana pengambilalihan 55% saham Perseroan tersebut

 Description of Material Information or       On September 11, 2024, PT. Dima Investindo (DI) signed a
 Facts                                        Share Purchase Agreement with PT. Miki Ojisan Indomitra
                                              (MOI) and the Company in connection with the planned
                                              acquisition of 440,000,000 (four hundred forty million) shares
                                              owned by MOI in the Company, representing 55% (fifty-five
                                              percent) of the total issued and fully paid-up capital in the
                                              Company.

                                              The announcement of the acquisition negotiation has been
                                              published in the Investor Daily newspaper dated September
                                              12, 2024, as attached.
