Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini mengumumkan telah terlaksananya
pembayaran (penyelesaian) dari penawaran tender tunai
(tender offer) atas Surat Utang Senior Tanpa Jaminan (Senior
Unsecured Notes) yang diterbitkan oleh Perseroan dengan
jumlah pokok sebesar USD150.000.000 dengan tingkat bunga
tetap sebesar 1,50% per tahun yang akan jatuh tempo di
tahun 2026 (Surat Utang 2026). Dalam hal ini, pembayaran
(penyelesaian) tersebut dilakukan terhadap seluruh pemegang
Surat Utang 2026 yang telah menerima untuk berpartisipasi
dalam penawaran tender, yakni sebesar USD 60.330.000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Mengingat pembayaran atas penawaran tender Surat Utang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 2026 ini telah selesai dilakukan, maka jumlah Surat Utang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 2026 yang beredar saat ini ialah sebesar USD60.489.000.

Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby announces that the payment
Facts (settlement) of the tender offer of the Senior Unsecured Notes
issued by the Company with the principal amount of
USD150,000,000 with a fixed interest rate of 1.50% per annum
maturing in 2026 (the 2026 Notes) has been completed. In this
case, the payment (settlement) was made to all holders of the
2026 Notes who had accepted to participate in the tender
offer, amounting to USD 60.330.000.
Impact of event, material information or In light of the payment of the tender offer of the 2026 Notes
facts towards Issuers or Public which has been completed, the Company outstanding amount
Company’s operational activities, legal, of the 2026 Notes is USD60.489.000. There is no specific
financial condition, or going concern impact of this information for the Company.
