Tata Cara Pembagian Dividen:

1.

Dividen Tunai tersebut akan dibagikan
kepada para Pemegang Saham yang
namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang
Saham Perseroan (recording date) pada
tanggal 25 September 2024 sampai dengan
pukul 16.00 WIB.

Bagi pemegang saham yang sahamnya
dimasukan dalam penitipan kolektif KSEI,
interim II akan

didistribusikan pada tanggal 03 Oktober

2024 ke dalam Rekening Dana Nasabah
(RDN) pada Perusahaan Efek dan atau
Bank Kustodian dimana Pemegang Saham

bagi pemegang saham Perseroan yang

penitipan kolektif KSEI maka pembayaran

sahamnya dimasukkan dalam
dividen Interim akan ditransfer ke rekening
pemegang saham Perseroan.

Dividen interim Il tersebut akan dikenakan
pajak sesuai

dengan peraturan

yang
berlaku. Jumlah pajak yang akan dikenakan

perundang-undangan — perpajakan
akan menjadi tanggungan pemegang saham

yang
dipotong dari jumlah dividen Interim yang

Perseroan bersangkutan serta
menjadi hak pemegang saham Perseroan
yang bersangkutan.

Bagi pemegang saham yang merupakan
(WPDN)

yang belum

Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri
berbentuk badan hukum,
menyerahkan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak
(NPWP) kepada Perusahaan Efek atau Bank

Dividend Distribution Procedure:

1.

The Cash Dividend will be distributed to
Shareholders whose names are recorded in
the Company's Register of Shareholders
(recording date) on September 25, 2024
until 16.00 WIB.

For shareholders whose shares are
deposited in KSEI's collective custody, the
payment of interim dividends II will be made
through KSEI and will be distributed on
October 03, 2024 into the Customer Fund
Account (RDN) at the Securities Company
Bank the

Shareholders open securities sub-accounts.

and/or  Custodian where
As for the shareholders of the Company
whose shares are not deposited in the
collective custody of KSEI, the payment of
the Interim dividend will be transferred to the
account of the shareholders of the
Company.

The interim dividend Il will be taxed in
accordance with the applicable tax laws and
regulations. The amount of tax that will be
charged will be borne by the shareholders of
the Company concerned and deducted from
the amount of Interim dividends that become
the rights of the shareholders of the

Company concerned.

Shareholders who are Domestic Taxpayers
(WPDN) in the form of legal entities, who
have not submitted their  Taxpayer
Identification Number (NPWP) to the

Securities Company or Custodian Bank

Kustodian dimana pemegang saham

membuka rekening efek, diharuskan
menyampaikan NPWP kepada KSEI melalui
Perusahaan Efek atau Bank Kustodian
dimana pemegang saham membuka
rekening efek, paling lambat tanggal 25
September 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB.

Bagi Pemegang Saham yang merupakan
Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri yang pemotongan
pajaknya akan menggunakan tarif

berdasarkan Persetujuan  Penghindaran
Pajak Berganda (“P3B”) wajib memenuhi
persyaratan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal
Pajak No. PER-25/PJ/2018 tentang Tata
Cara Penerapan Persetujuan Penghindaran
Pajak Berganda serta menyampaikan
dokumen bukti rekam atau tanda terima
DGT/SKD yang telah diunggah ke laman
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak kepada KSEI atau
BAE sesuai peraturan dan ketentuan KSEI,
tanpa adanya dokumen dimaksud, dividen
yang dibayarkan akan dikenakan PPh Pasal
26 sebesar 20”.

Bagi Pemegang Saham yang sahamnya
dalam penitipan kolektif KSEI, bukti
pemotongan pajak dividen dapat diambil di
Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian
dimana Pemegang Saham membuka sub
rekening efek dan bagi Pemegang Saham
Warkat diambil di Biro Administrasi - Efek
Perseroan (BAE) dengan alamat sebagai
berikut:

Shareholders who are Overseas Taxpayers
whose tax withholding will use a rate based
on the Double  Taxation  Avoidance
Agreement (“P3B”) must compiy with the
reguirements of the Director General of
Taxes Regulation No. PER-25/PJ/2018
concerning Procedures for the Application of
Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and
submitting a document of proof of record or
receipt of DGT/SKD that has been uploaded
to the website of the Directorate General of
Taxes to KSEI or BAE in accordance with
the rules and regulations of KSEI, without
the said document, dividends The amount
paid will be subject to Article 26 Income Tax
of 2076.

For Shareholders whose shares are in the
collective custody of KSEI, proof of dividend
tax withholding can be collected at the
Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank
where the Shareholders open a sub-account
and for Clearing Shareholders it can be
collected at the Company's Securities
Administration Bureau (BAE) at the following
