Perseroan dan MLLC telah menandatangani Perjanjian
Dukungan Bisnis tanggal 12 Februari 2025 (Perjanjian),
dimana Perseroan menyediakan fasilitas di bidang teknologi
informasi (internet, SAP, BPM dll) yang telah digunakan
olehnya kepada MLLC sebagai bentuk dukungan bisnis
kepada MLLC agar MLLC dapat menjalankan kegiatan
usahanya secara ekonomis dan efisien. Dalam Amandemen 1
ini Para Pihak hanya menambahkan Biaya Jasa Tahun 2026
yang dituangkan dalam Lampiran B Amandemen dan tidak
ada syarat dan ketentuan lain yang diubah.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Facts Amendment to Business Support Agreement (Amendment 1)
between the Company and PT Medco LLC (MLLC), a
subsidiary whose majority of shares are indirectly owned by
the Company.
The Company and MLLC have executed the Business Support
Agreement dated 12 February 2025 (the Agreement), that the
Company shall provide information technology facilities
(internet, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MLLC as part of its
business support, for MLLC to be able to conduct its business
in economical and efficient manner. In this Amendment 1, the
Parties only add the Service Fees for the year 2026 as set out
in Annex B of the Amendment and no other terms and
conditions are changed.
