Dalam Amandemen 1 ini Para Pihak hanya menambahkan Biaya Jasa Tahun 2026 yang dituangkan dalam Lampiran B Amandemen dan tidak ada syarat dan ketentuan lain yang diubah. / The Company and MLLC have executed the Business Support Agreement dated 12 February 2025 (“the Agreement), that the Company shall provide information technology facilities (internet, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MLLC as part of its business support, for MLLC to be able to conduct its business in economical and efficient manner.
