Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 9 September 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) hari ini
merayakan HUT ke-55 dengan mengusung tema "Accelerating
Excellence, Energizing the Future". Peringatan ini menjadi
momentum penting bagi perusahaan dalam mempercepat
inovasi, keunggulan, dan kontribusi di sektor energi Indonesia.
Direktur Utama Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja,
menyampaikan, "Selama lebih dari lima dekade, Elnusa telah
menjadi perusahaan terpercaya dalam industri jasa energi
nasional. Tema tahun ini, mencerminkan komitmen kami untuk
terus memperkuat kinerja operasional dan berinovasi guna
menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Kami ingin memastikan
bahwa Elnusa tidak hanya tumbuh bersama Indonesia, tetapi
juga berperan aktif dalam mendorong keberlanjutan energi."
Elnusa berhasil mempertahankan kinerja operasi yang solid
selama semester pertama tahun 2024. Pada semester
pertama 2024, Elnusa berhasil menyelesaikan berbagai
proyek strategis di sektor hulu migas, termasuk survei seismik
2D sepanjang 198 km dan survei 3D seluas 1.971 km2. Selain
itu, Elnusa juga mencatatkan keberhasilan dalam layanan
pengeboran dan perawatan sumur, Wireline Services (WLS),
Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS), Welltesting Services
(WTS). EPC OM, dan proyek engineering.
Sepanjang semester pertama tahun 2024, Elnusa
mencatatkan kinerja keuangan yang positif. Pendapatan
perusahaan meningkat sebesar 8% dibandingkan periode
yang sama tahun lalu. Laba bersih perusahaan juga
mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12%, yang mencerminkan
pengelolaan biaya yang efisien dan optimalisasi sumber daya.
Kinerja saham Elnusa (kode saham: ELSA) menunjukkan tren
yang positif dengan peningkatan harga saham sebesar 15%
hingga Agustus 2024. Hal ini mencerminkan kepercayaan
investor terhadap prospek pertumbuhan Elnusa. "Kami

Facts celebrates its 55th anniversary with the theme "Accelerating
Excellence, Energizing the Future". This commemoration is an
important momentum for the company in accelerating
innovation, excellence, and contribution in the Indonesian
energy sector.
Elnusa's President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, said,
"For more than five decades, Elnusa has been a trusted
company in the national energy services industry. This year's
theme reflects our commitment to continue strengthening
operational performance and innovating to face future
challenges. We want to ensure that Elnusa not only grows with
Indonesia, but also plays an active role in encouraging energy
sustainability."
Elnusa managed to maintain solid operational performance
during the first semester of 2024. In the first semester of 2024,
Elnusa successfully completed various strategic projects in the
upstream oil and gas sector, including a 2D seismic survey of
198 km and a 3D survey of 1,971 km2. In addition, Elnusa also
recorded success in drilling and well maintenance services,
Wireline Services (WLS), Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS),
Welltesting Services (WTS). EPC OM, and engineering
projects.
Throughout the first semester of 2024, Elnusa recorded
positive financial performance. The company's revenue
increased by 8% compared to the same period last year. The
company's net profit also increased by 12%, reflecting efficient
cost management and resource optimization.
Elnusa's stock performance (stock code: ELSA) showed a
positive trend with a 15% increase in stock prices until August
2024. This reflects investor confidence in Elnusa's growth
prospects. "We thank the shareholders who continue to
