       55 Years of Elnusa: Advancing with Excellence, Driving
                      Indonesia's Energy Future
Jakarta, September 9, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) today celebrates its 55th anniversary with the theme "Accelerating
Excellence, Energizing the Future". This commemoration is an important momentum for the company in accelerating
innovation, excellence, and contribution in the Indonesian energy sector.

Elnusa's President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, said, "For more than five decades, Elnusa has been a trusted company
in the national energy services industry. This year's theme reflects our commitment to continue strengthening operational
performance and innovating to face future challenges. We want to ensure that Elnusa not only grows with Indonesia, but

Elnusa managed to maintain solid operational performance during the first semester of 2024. In the first semester of 2024,
Elnusa successfully completed various strategic projects in the upstream oil and gas sector, including a 2D seismic survey
of 198 km and a 3D survey of 1,971 km². In addition, Elnusa also recorded success in drilling and well maintenance services,
Wireline Services (WLS), Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS), Welltesting Services (WTS). EPC OM, and engineering projects.

Throughout the first semester of 2024, Elnusa recorded positive financial performance. The company's revenue increased
by 8% compared to the same period last year. The company's net profit also increased by 12%, reflecting efficient cost
management and resource optimization.

Elnusa's stock performance (stock code: ELSA) showed a positive trend with a 15% increase in stock prices until August
2024. This reflects investor confidence in Elnusa's growth prospects. "We thank the shareholders who continue to support
the company's strategic steps. This positive stock performance shows market confidence in Elnusa's future direction," said
Bachtiar.
