Penyampaian Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Berkelanjutan 2023 PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk
("Perseroan") serta memperhatikan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor
29IPOJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, Surat Edaran Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan (SEOJK) Nomor 16/SEOJK.04/2021 tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik serta POJK Nomor 51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan
Berkelanjutan Bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini disampaikan
koreksi atas Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Berkelanjutan Perseroan Tahun 2023 khusus untuk
halaman 117 tabel jumlah remunerasi yang diterima oleh anggota Direksi dalam 1 tahun selama tahun
2023 yang merupakan satu kesatuan pelaporan sebagaimana terlampir.
In reference to our previous letter Number 040/DIR/HO/04/24 dated 30 April 2024 regarding the
Submission of Annual Report and Sustainability Report 2023 PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (the “Company”)
and taking into account the provisions in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number
29/POJK.04/2016 regarding Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies, Financial Services
Authority Circular Letter (SEOJK) Number 16/SEOJK.04 /2021 regarding Form and Content of Annual
Report of Issuers or Public Companies and POJK Number 51/POJK.03/2017 regarding the
Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers and Public
Companies, we hereby submit correction to the Company's 2023 Annual Report and Sustainability
Report specifically for page 117 in the table of the annual remuneration received by members of the
Board of Directors in 2023 which is a single reporting unity as attached,
