Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan pada hari ini mengumumkan bahwa Perseroan
telah mengambil keputusan untuk menutup wilayah
operasional di Vietnam efektif mulai 16 September 2024.
Perseroan telah mengambil keputusan bisnis strategis untuk
mempertegas fokus perusahaan dalam mengembangkan dan
memperkuat kegiatan operasional yang dapat memberikan
potensi pertumbuhan signifikan secara berkelanjutan. Hal ini
sejalan dengan komitmen GoTo untuk mendorong
pertumbuhan bisnis jangka panjang serta Perseroan akan
terus berinvestasi dalam hal-hal yang dapat menghasilkan
pertumbuhan, dengan tetap berkomitmen pada target impas
EBITDA yang disesuaikan untuk tahun 2024.
Penutupan wilayah operasional di Vietnam akan mengikuti
peraturan dan prosedur setempat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Vietnam adalah pasar yang sangat terfragmentasi, dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan banyak pemain di bidang transportasi dan pengiriman
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, makanan and bisnis Vietnam berkontribusi kurang dari 0,5%
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dari GTV Grup dan 2% dari GTV bisnis on-demand services
Perusahaan Publik pada 2Q24.Oleh karena itu, keputusan bisnis ini tidak akan
berdampak negatif secara material pada kegiatan operasional,
kinerja bisnis dan kondisi keuangan Perseroan secara
menyeluruh.

Description of Material Information or The Company announced today that the Company has made
Facts a decision to close our Vietnam operations effective from
September 16, 2024. The Company has taken a strategic
business decision to allow the Company to focus on
operations that can deliver a significant market impact in a
sustainable manner, aligning with the commitment of GoTo to
long term sustainable business growth and the Company will
continue to invest in growth, while remaining committed to our
adjusted EBITDA breakeven target for 2024.
The closing of the Vietnam operations will follow local
regulations and procedures.
Impact of event, material information or Vietnam is a highly fragmented market, with multiple players
facts towards Issuers or Public across transport and food-delivery and Vietnam business
Company’s operational activities, legal, accounted for less than 0.5% of our Group GTV and 2% of on-
financial condition, or going concern demand services GTV in 2Q24. Therefore,this business
decision will have no detrimental impact on broader
operational activities,overall business and financial
performance of the Company.
