Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa pada hari Jumat, 30 Agustus 2024, PT Buana Finance Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama Pembiayaan Bersama (oint Financing) dengan PT Bank Jago Tbk sehubungan
dengan pemberian fasilitas pembiayaan bersama kepada Perseroan sebesar Rp500 miliar dengan jangka efektif
selama 3 (tiga) tahun sejak tanggal penandatanganan Perjanjian.

We hereby inform you that on Friday, August 30, 2024, PT Buana Finance Tbk (“the Company”) has signed
Agreement Letter of joint financing with PT Bank Jago Tbk which is addition of joint financing facility to the Company
in amount of Rp500 billion with an effective period of 3 (three) years from the date of signing the Agreement.

Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut akan digunakan untuk keperluan modal kerja Perseroan yaitu pemberian kredit
Consumer Finance/Credit fac: e used for the Company's working Capital purposes, namely offering
Consumer Finance.
