pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2024 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga saham PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO)
sebagai berikut on August 28 2024 there was an increase in activity and share prices of PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO)
as follows:
1.Aktivitas meningkat menjadi sebanyak 13.720.900 saham dengan frekuensi 1.626 kali dibandingkan hari bursa
sebelumnya sebanyak 2.071.900 saham dengan frekuensi 101 kali. Activity increased to 13,720,900 shares with a
frequency of 1,626 times compared to the previous trading day of 2,071,900 shares with a frequency of 101 times.
2. Harga ditutup naik sebesar Rp8 atau 5,33% dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp150 menjadi
Rp158. The closing price increased by IDR 8 or 5.33% from the previous trading day's closing price of IDR 150 to

3. IHSG naik sebesar 60,99 poin dan indeks sektoral (Industrials) turun sebesar 1,17 poin. JCI rose 60.99 points

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan
mendatang) / The Company has no plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate plans
that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)
6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut. The main shareholder's plans are related to their share ownership in the Company. In this
case, the Corporate Secretary should ask the main shareholders first to answer the confirmation.

Rencana dari pemegang saham utama (Ruhong Holding) saat ini masih menunggu selesainya proses
penyelesaian Penawaran Tender Wajib pada tanggal 5 September 2024 dan dilaporkan pada 11 September
2024.
Plans of major shareholder (Ruhong Holding) is still subject to the completion of Mandatory Tender Offer
settlement process on 5 September 2024 and reporting on 11 September 2024.
