Akuntan Publik dan/atau Kantor Akuntan Publik dalam rangka audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan pada 1
Januari sampai 31 Desember untuk tahun buku 2024

Partner), namely: Mr. Leo Susanto To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December
2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2024, a Public Accountant and/or Public
Accounting Firm has been appointed to audit the historical annual financial information for the period from January 1 to
December 31 for the fiscal year 2024.
