Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Selasa, 27 Agustus 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) melalui
anak usahanya PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK)
menorehkan prestasi dengan meraih 3 penghargaan sekaligus
dalam ajang Indonesia Safety Excellence Award 2024 (ISEA
2024). Ketiga penghargaan tersebut antara lain The Best
Safety Program, The Best Safety Management in BUMN
Company dan penghargaan individu kepada Direktur EFK, Ari
Wijaya dengan kategori The Best CEO Committed to
Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Culture.
Penghargaan yang diraih EFK merupakan hasil wawancara
penjurian oleh praktisi profesional OSH yaitu, Dr. Ir. H.
Supandi Syarwan, M.M., MASTAN & Ketua umum V Ind-Japan
Business - INOSHPRO, Ir. Satrio Pratomo, IAKKI-INOSHPRO
dan Dr. Harry Dwi Putra, M.Pd., MPK2I.
ISEA 2024 menjadi konferensi yang digelar rutin sebagai salah
satu ajang pemberian apresiasi bagi perusahaan yang telah
mengimplementasikan Kesehatan, Keselamatan dan
Keamanan Kerja (K3) dalam kegiatan usahanya serta menjadi
kegiatan corporate rating (award) tahunan di bidang Safety
dengan tujuan memetakan persoalan dan tantangan dalam
aspek K3 yang ada di perusahaan.
Atas raihan dalam ajang yang bertemakan "Commitment to
Achieve Level to Maturity OSH" tersebut, Direktur EFK, Ari
Wijaya menyampaikan harapan atas prestasi yang telah diraih
dapat menjadi penyemangat dan meningkatkan motivasi para
pekerja untuk senantiasa konsisten dalam implementasi
praktik HSSE Golden Rules yaitu Patuh, Intervensi, Peduli
dikarenakan hal ini merupakan budaya dasar yang wajib bagi
setiap pekerja demi tercapainya Zero Accident.
Dalam penghargaan ini, EFK dinilai berdasarkan sejumlah
kriteria mulai dari implementasi SMK3, Human Factor & Safety
Culture, Risk Management & Emergency Response,
Transformasi Digital pada Pengimplementasi K3, Safety in
Environment, Social and Governance, Process Safety,
Occupational Safety & Health, Inovasi dalam K3, dan
Komitmen Manajemen dalam K3.
"Kami berkomitmen untuk terus fokus dan senantiasa
melakukan improvement terhadap program budaya K3 agar
terciptanya bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Peran dan tanggung

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 27 August 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) through its
Facts subsidiary PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK) made an
achievement by winning 3 awards at once in the Indonesia
Safety Excellence Award 2024 (ISEA 2024). The three awards
include The Best Safety Program, The Best Safety
Management in BUMN Company and an individual award to
EFK Director, Ari Wijaya in the category of The Best CEO
Committed to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Culture.
The award achieved by EFK is the result of a judging interview
by OSH professional practitioners, namely, Dr. Ir. H. Supandi
Syarwan, M.M., MASTAN & Chairman V Ind-Japan Business -
INOSHPRO, Ir. Satrio Pratomo, IAKKI-INOSHPRO and Dr.
Harry Dwi Putra, M.Pd., MPK2I.
ISEA 2024 is a conference that is held regularly as an
appreciation event for companies that have implemented
Occupational Health, Safety and Security (K3) in their
business activities as well as being an annual corporate rating
(award) activity in the field of Safety with the aim of mapping
issues and challenges in the K3 aspects that exist in the
company.
For the achievement in the event with the theme "Commitment
to Achieve Level to Maturity OSH", EFK Director, Ari Wijaya
expressed the hope that the achievements can be an
encouragement and increase the motivation of workers to
always be consistent in the implementation of HSSE Golden
Rules practices, namely Obey, Intervene, Care because this is
a basic culture that is mandatory for every worker in order to
achieve Zero Accident.
In this award, EFK was assessed based on a number of
criteria ranging from the implementation of SMK3, Human
Factor & Safety Culture, Risk Management & Emergency
Response, Digital Transformation in HSSE Implementation,
Safety in Environment, Social and Governance, Process
Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Innovation in HSSE,
and Management Commitment in K3.
"We are committed to continue to focus and continuously
make improvements to the OHS culture program in order to
create a sustainable business. Roles and responsibilities
ranging from top management to workers must contribute
positively in making a safe and productive work environment."
