 Committed to the Implementation of K3 Culture, Elnusa Won 3 Awards at
                 the Indonesia Safety Excellence Award

Jakarta, 27 August 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK) made an
achievement by winning 3 awards at once in the Indonesia Safety Excellence Award 2024 (ISEA 2024). The three awards
include The Best Safety Program, The Best Safety Management in BUMN Company and an individual award to EFK Director,
Ari Wijaya in the category of The Best CEO Committed to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Culture.

The award achieved by EFK is the result of a judging interview by OSH professional practitioners, namely, Dr. Ir. H. Supandi
Syarwan, M.M., MASTAN & Chairman V Ind-Japan Business - INOSHPRO, Ir. Satrio Pratomo, IAKKI-INOSHPRO and Dr. Harry
Dwi Putra, M.Pd., MPK2I.

ISEA 2024 is a conference that is held regularly as an appreciation event for companies that have implemented Occupational
Health, Safety and Security (K3) in their business activities as well as being an annual corporate rating (award) activity in
the field of Safety with the aim of mapping issues and challenges in the K3 aspects that exist in the company.

For the achievement in the event with the theme “Commitment to Achieve Level to Maturity OSH”, EFK Director, Ari Wijaya
expressed the hope that the achievements can be an encouragement and increase the motivation of workers to always be
consistent in the implementation of HSSE Golden Rules practices, namely Obey, Intervene, Care because this is a basic
culture that is mandatory for every worker in order to achieve Zero Accident.

In this award, EFK was assessed based on a number of criteria ranging from the implementation of SMK3, Human Factor &
Safety Culture, Risk Management & Emergency Response, Digital Transformation in HSSE Implementation, Safety in
Environment, Social and Governance, Process Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Innovation in HSSE, and Management
Commitment in K3.

“We are committed to continue to focus and continuously make improvements to the OHS culture program in order to
create a sustainable business. Roles and responsibilities ranging from top management to workers must contribute
positively in making a safe and productive work environment.” Ari concluded.
