Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa hasil proses persidangan permohonan PKPU dengan
Nomor Perkara 208/Pdt.SusPKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.
terhadap Perseroan telah digelar pada hari Senin, tanggal 26
Agustus 2024 dihadiri oleh Kuasa Pemohon dan Termohon
dengan agenda sidang Pencabutan Permohonan oleh
Pemohon PKPU.
Dalam sidang Pencabutan Permohonan,Majelis Hakim telah
membacakan amar putusan yaitu:
1. Mengabulkan Pencabutan Permohonan PKPU yang
diajukan oleh Kuasa Pemohon PKPU;
2. Menyatakan sah pencabutan perkara permohonan
Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang
terdaftar di Kepaniteraan Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat, dengan register No.
208/Pdt.SusPKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst;
3. Memerintahkan Panitera Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat untuk mencatat pencabutan
Perkara permohonan PKPU No. 208/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst;
4. Membebankan biaya perkara Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) kepada Pemohon PKPU sebesar
Rp. 2.940.000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi keuangan dari Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or The outcome of the PKPU (Suspension of Debt Payment
Facts Obligations) petition hearing with Case Number 208/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. against the Company was held
on Monday, August 26, 2024, attended by the Petitioner's and
Respondent's legal representatives, with the hearing agenda
being the Withdrawal of the Application by the PKPU
Petitioner.
During the Withdrawal of the Application hearing, the Panel of
Judges read out the verdict, as follows:
1. Granted the withdrawal of the PKPU petition submitted by
the PKPU Petitioner's legal representative;
2. Declare the validity of the revocation of the Debt Payment
Suspension (PKPU) application case registered at the
Commercial Court Clerk's Office at the Central Jakarta District
Court, with registration No.
208/Pdt.SusPKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst;
3. Ordered the Clerk of the Commercial Court at the Central
Jakarta District Court to record the withdrawal of the PKPU
petition case No. 208/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst;
4. Charge the PKPU Applicant with the costs of the Debt
Payment Suspension (PKPU) case in the amount of Rp.
2,940,000.
