Direksi Perseroan telah memutuskan KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan
penelaahan terbatas (limited review) atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perseroan tengah tahun yang berakhir pada
tanggal 30 Juni 2024 (Kuartal 2 tahun 2024)

financial statements ending on 30 June 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Company Board of Directors has decided KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Partners to carry out limited
review activities on the Company mid year consolidated financial statements ending on June 30, 2024 (Second Quarter
year 2024)
