Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu, khususnya Pasal 15B,
dimana Perseroan wajib untuk mengumumkan kepada
pemegang saham dan menyampaikan kepada OJK perubahan
dan/atau tambahan Keterbukaan Informasi atas Rencana
Penambahan Modal Tanpa Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu oleh Perseroan paling lambat 2 (dua) hari
kerja sebelum pelaksanaan RUPS, bersama ini Perseroan
bermaksud menyampaikan tambahan Keterbukaan Informasi
atas Rencana Penambahan Modal Tanpa Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,

Description of Material Information or In compliance with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas
Facts Jasa Keuangan /OJK) Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on
the Capital Increase of a Publicly Listed Company by Giving
Pre-Emptive Rights as amended by the OJK Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019 on the Amendment of the OJK Regulation
No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on the Capital Increase of a Publicly
Listed Company by Giving Pre-Emptive Rights, particularly
Article 15B, where the Company is required to announce to the
shareholders and submit to OJK any amendment and/or
additional Disclosure of Information on the Proposed Capital
Increase Without Pre-Emptive Rights Issuance by the
Company no later than 2 (two) business days prior to GMS,
the Company hereby submits the additional Disclosure of
Information on the Proposed Capital Increase Without Pre-
Emptive Rights.
