Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Intormarion Description or Material Fact Jenis Aset Pembangunan 2 (dua) unit Pusher Barge baru. Nilai Transaksi Fstimasi Nilai transaksi dengan harga SGD 9.500.000 (sembilan juta lima ratus ribu Singapore Dollat). Pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi a. Pihak Pembeli adalah Perseroan, dan b. Pihak Pembangun adalah salah satu perusahaan pembuatan kapal yang didirikan berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Negara Republik Indonesia, berkedudukan di Karimun, Kepulauan Riau.
