Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT MPX Logistics International Tbk melakukan penanda
tanganan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dengan PT
Krakatau Semen Indonesia (KSI) untuk pengangkutan Ground
Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS). Kontrak kerjasama
ini akan berlaku selama 5 Tahun sejak tanggal 23 Agustus
2024 Sampai dengan 22 Agustus 2029. Dengan kapasitas
pengangkutan 690.000 ton per tahun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas penanda tanganan kontrak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kerjasama ini adalah:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 1. Meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan sehingga kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha Perseroan berkembang
Perusahaan Publik 2. Kejadian, informasi dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak
berdampak secara negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,
hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau keberlangsungan usaha

Description of Material Information or PT MPX Logistics International Tbk signed a Memorandum of
Facts Understanding (MoU) with PT Krakatau Semen Indonesia
(KSI) for the transportation of Ground Granulated Blast
Furnace Slag (GGBFS). This cooperation contract will be in
effect for 5 years, from August 23, 2024, to August 22, 2029,
with a transportation capacity of 690,000 tons per year.
