dengan 22 Agustus 2029. Dengan kapasitas
pengangkutan 690.000 ton per tahun.

The impact of these material events, information or facis on operational activities, legal, financial conditions, or business continuity 2 Krakatau Semen Indonesia (KSI) for the transportation of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS). This cooperation contract will be in effect for 5 years, Jrom August 23, 2024, lo August 22, 2029, with ad transportation capacity of 690,000 tons per year. 4 Dampak kepada Perseroan atas penanda tanganan kontrak kerjasama ini adalah: 1. Meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan kegiatan usaha Perseroan berkembang 2. Kejadian, informasi dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak berdampak secara negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan. sehingga The impact on the Company of signing this Cooperation contract is: 1.
