Surat keputusan ini menggantikan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk No. 033/FIF/CORSEC/V/2023 tertanggal 29 Mei 2023. Keputusan ini ditandatangani pada tanggal 29 Mei 2026.
