Dalam rangka memenuhi kewajiban penyampaian
Laporan Registrasi Efek, melalui pemeriksaan
terhadap Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan,
Perseroan mengetahui adanya perubahan
kepemilikan PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk atau
EMTK selaku Pemegang Saham Utama yang mana
pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2024, persentase
kepemilikan EMTK atas saham Perseroan berubah
menjadi sebesar 78,38Y6. Selain daripada itu,
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari
pemegang saham tertentu dalam bentuk apapun
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan OJK No.
11/POJK-04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.

aware of a change in ownership of PT Elang
Mahkota Teknologi Tbk or EMTK as the Main
Shareholder, which on 14 August 2024, the
Company' shares percentage owned by EMTK has
changed to 78.38Y6. Apart from that, the Company
is not aware of any activity from certain
shareholders in any form as regulated in OJK
Regulation No. 11/POJK-04/2017 concerning
Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of
Public Company Shares.

Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Berdasarkan konfirmasi Perseroan dengan
Pemegang Saham Utama Perseroan, Pemegang
Saham Utama Perseroan memiliki kepercayaan
tinggi atas prospek bisnis Perseroan di bidang
pelayanan kesehatan dan berencana
meningkatkan kepemilikan sahamnya (investasi)
di Perseroan.

As of the date of this Letter, the Company has no
plans to take any corporate actions in the near
future which will result in the listing of the
Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.

The main shareholder's plan in relation to its
Shares' ownership in the Company. In this case,
the Corporate Secretary should ask in prior to
the main shareholder in responding to the
confirmation.

Based on the Company's confirmation with the
Company's Major Shareholders, the Company's
Major Shareholders have high confidence in the
Company's business prospects in the health services
sector and plan to increase their share ownership
(through investment) in the Company.
