Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE), sebagai
perusahaan energi hijau kelas dunia, terus memperkuat
komitmennya dalam menghadirkan inovasi untuk
pengembangan energi panas bumi. Pada 15 Agustus 2024,
PGE menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan Ecolab International
Indonesia (Ecolab) melalui penandatanganan Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) untuk pengembangan teknologi
pengukuran aliran fluida dua fasa, Flow2Max.
Kerja sama ini menandai langkah penting menuju terciptanya
solusi baru dalam sektor energi panas bumi dan industri
lainnya. Kerja sama kedua perusahaan dalam studi untuk
mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan, penerapan, serta peningkatan
kinerja dari teknologi Flow2Max ini menandai langkah penting
menuju terciptanya solusi baru dalam sektor energi panas
bumi dan industri lainnya. MoU ini merupakan persiapan
menuju penandatanganan perjanjian lisensi yang akan
dilaksanakan dalam acara Indonesia International Geothermal
Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE) pada 18-20 September
mendatang.
Flow2Max merupakan inovasi pertama di dunia dalam
pengukuran aliran fluida dua fasa secara lebih andal, real-
time, dan akurat yang dikembangkan oleh Mohamad Husni
Mubarok PhD, Manager Production and Operational
Excellence PGE. Teknologi ini telah mendapatkan paten di
beberapa negara, termasuk Amerika Serikat, Islandia, Turki,
Filipina, Selandia Baru, dan Indonesia, menunjukkan
pengakuan global atas potensi inovasinya.
Direktur Utama PGE Julfi Hadi mengapresiasi kolaborasi
dengan Ecolab dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi Flow2Max,
sebagai bukti komitmen nyata PGE melalui mitra yang solid.

Description of Material Information or As a world-class green energy company, PT Pertamina
Facts Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) continues to innovate and
collaborate to establish a geothermal center of excellence. On
August 15, 2024, PGE signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Ecolab International Indonesia for
the development and marketing of the two-phase fluid flow
measurement technology, Flow2Max.
This collaboration marks an important step towards the
creation of new solutions in the geothermal energy sector and
other industries. The partnership between the two companies
in studying the optimization, application, and performance
enhancement of Flow2Max technology signifies a significant
advancement toward the development of new solutions in the
geothermal energy sector and beyond. This MoU serves as a
preparation for the signing of a licensing agreement to be held
at the Indonesia International Geothermal Convention &
Exhibition (IIGCE) on September 18-20.
Flow2Max is a groundbreaking innovation for measuring
geothermal two-phase fluid flow in real-time with reliable,
accurate information. Developed by Mohamad Husni Mubarok,
PhD (Husni), Manager of Production and Operational
Excellence at PGE, this technology has received patent
certification in the United States, Iceland, Turkey, the
Philippines, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
PGE's President Director, Julfi Hadi, stated that the
collaboration with Ecolab will optimize the Flow2Max
technology, expand its applications, and deliver new solutions
that will add value not only to the geothermal industry but also
to other industrial sectors globally.
Our partnership with Ecolab is a significant step in our efforts
to broaden the use of Flow2Max. We believe that this
collaboration to introduce Flow2Max on a larger scale
worldwide will contribute substantially to enhancing operational
