tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu,
sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No. 14/POJK.04/2019;
(ii) Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00101/BEl/12-2021 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-A
tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain
Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat; dan

32/POJK.04/2015 regarding Capital Increase of Public
Companies with Pre-emptive Rights, as amended by Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019;
(ii) Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00101/BEl/12-2021 regarding the
Amendment to Regulation Number I-A regarding the Listing of
Shares and Equity Securities Other than Shares Issued by
Listed Companies; and
(iii) Circular Letter of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. SE-00002/BEl/03-2020 regarding Procedures
for Implementing the Share Ownership Program dated March
