Batang-Semarang yang mana hal ini akan berpengaruh
terhadap adanya penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum
perdana saham dan juga dana operasional perusahaan.
4. Terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik = Dengan dilakukannya Penandatanganan Perjanjian
Kerjasama dengan PT Jasa Marga Related Business selain
mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan publik kepada perseroan,
dan dibangunnnya hotel & lounge di rest area KM 379A,
Perseroan akan membuka lapangan kerja baru untuk wilayah
sekitar, kedepannya operasional hotel & lounge akan mampu
menyumbang pendapatan bagi perseroan yang berdampak
terhadap keberlangsungan usaha perseroan.

Company’s operational activities, legal, parties from legal impacts and will not have any impact as long
financial condition, or going concern as both parties comply with their rights & obligations.
3. Financial Condition = The signing of the Cooperation
Agreement with PT Jasa Marga Related Business marks the
commencement of the construction of the company's 5th
Xpress Hotel located at Rest Area Km 379A of Batang-
Semarang Toll Road which will affect the use of proceeds from
the initial public offering of shares and also the company's
operational funds.
4. On the Business Continuity of the Issuer or Public Company
= With the signing of the Cooperation Agreement with PT Jasa
Marga Related Business in addition to being able to increase
public trust in the company, and the construction of hotels &
lounges in the KM 379A rest area, the Company will open new
jobs for the surrounding area, in the future the hotel & lounge
operations will be able to contribute revenue to the company
which has an impact on the company's business continuity.
