Expose Tahunan sebagai berikut: /
During the Question and Answer Session, the participants of the Annual Public Expose raised several
questions, as set out below:

    1. Apakah Perseroan memiliki fasilitas pinjaman dari Bank Danamon Cabang Singapura
        senilai Rp100 miliar? / Does the Company have a loan facility from Bank Danamon Singapore
        Branch amounting to IDR100 billion?


        Jawaban/ Answer:
        Perseroan dan anak perusahaan memiliki sejumlah fasilitas pembiayaan yang
        diperoleh baik secara bilateral maupun melalui sindikasi perbankan. Dalam struktur
        pembiayaan tersebut, Perseroan dan/atau anak perusahaan bekerja sama dengan
        beberapa lembaga perbankan, termasuk Bank Danamon serta bank-bank lainnya.
        Fasilitas pembiayaan tersebut digunakan untuk mendukung kebutuhan pendanaan
        kegiatan usaha Perseroan dan anak perusahaan. Informasi mengenai fasilitas
        pinjaman yang dimiliki Perseroan dan anak perusahaan telah diungkapkan sesuai
        ketentuan yang berlaku dalam laporan Keterbukaan Informasi dan laporan keuangan
        Perseroan. /
        The Company and its subsidiaries maintain a number of financing facilities obtained through
        both bilateral arrangements and syndicated bank loans. Under these financing arrangements,
        the Company and/or its subsidiaries cooperate with several banking institutions, including
        Bank Danamon and other banks. These financing facilities are utilized to support the funding
        requirements of the Company's and its subsidiaries' business operations.
        Information regarding the loan facilities of the Company and its subsidiaries has been disclosed
        in accordance with the applicable regulations through the Company's Information Disclosure
        reports and financial statements.

2. Apakah terdapat kontribusi dari anak perusahaan yang mendukung peningkatan laba
   Perseroan?/
   Have the Company's subsidiaries contributed to the improvement of the Company's
   profitability?


   Jawaban/Answer:
   Perseroan terus melakukan diversifikasi usaha, salah satunya melalui pengembangan
   layanan Power as a Service yang dijalankan oleh entitas anak. Saat ini pengembangan
   bisnis tersebut masih dalam tahap progres dan diharapkan dapat memberikan
   kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja Perseroan di masa mendatang./
   The Company continues to diversify its business operations, one of which is through the
   development of the Power as a Service business, which is being carried out by one of its
   subsidiaries. This business initiative is currently still under development and is expected to
   contribute positively to the Company's performance in the future.


3. Apakah terdapat pembagian dividen untuk tahun buku 2025?/
   Did the Company declare and distribute any dividend for the financial year 2025?


   Jawaban/Answer:
   Tidak terdapat pembagian dividen untuk tahun buku 2025, mengingat Perseroan
   tidak membukukan laba bersih pada tahun buku 2025./
   There was no dividend distribution for the financial year 2025, as the Company did not record
   a net profit for the financial year 2025.


4. Apakah terdapat rencana penambahan belanja modal (capital expenditure/capex) pada
   tahun 2026? Berapa nilai yang akan dikeluarkan dan untuk keperluan apa?/
   Does the Company have any plans to increase its capital expenditure (capital
   expenditure/capex) in 2026? If so, what is the estimated amount and for what purposes will it
   be utilized?


   Jawaban/Answer:
   Belanja modal Perseroan akan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan ekspansi usaha. Pada
   tahun 2026, Perseroan masih melihat banyak peluang pertumbuhan serta kebutuhan
   investasi      untuk   mendukung        pelanggan   operator    seluler   (Mobile    Network
   Operators/MNO). Oleh karena itu, Perseroan akan terus mengutamakan belanja modal

   yang produktif, baik untuk menghasilkan pendapatan baru maupun menjaga kualitas
   layanan kepada pelanggan./


   The Company's capital expenditure will be allocated in line with its business expansion
   requirements. In 2026, the Company continues to see significant growth opportunities and
   investment needs to support its customers, particularly Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
   Accordingly, the Company will continue to prioritize productive capital expenditures that
   contribute to revenue generation while also maintaining a high level of service quality for its
   customers.


5. Kinerja keuangan Perseroan menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan dan laba yang
   signifikan. Faktor apa saja yang mendorong peningkatan tersebut, dan bagaimana
   target pendapatan serta laba Perseroan pada tahun 2026? Apakah terdapat target
   peningkatan rasio penyewaan (tenancy ratio)?/
   The Company's financial performance has shown significant growth in both revenue and profit.
   What factors contributed to this improvement, and what are the Company's revenue and profit
   targets for 2026? Is there a target to increase the tenancy ratio?


   Jawaban/Answer:
   Peningkatan kinerja Perseroan didorong oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain peningkatan
   tenancy ratio, bertambahnya kegiatan co-location, serta penambahan jumlah site. Selain
   itu, lini bisnis fiber juga menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang sangat baik dan turut
   memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan laba Perseroan.


   Ke depan, Perseroan menargetkan pertumbuhan kinerja secara berkelanjutan dari
   tahun ke tahun (year-on-year growth) seiring dengan komitmen untuk terus
   mendukung kebutuhan para pelanggan operator telekomunikasi./


   The Company's improved performance was driven by a number of factors, including an
   increase in the tenancy ratio, growth in co-location activities, and the addition of new sites. In
   addition, the Company's fiber business segment has demonstrated strong growth and has
   contributed positively to the increase in the Company's profitability.


   Looking ahead, the Company aims to maintain sustainable year-on-year growth, supported by
   its ongoing commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its telecommunications operator
   customers. The Company will continue to pursue operational and business initiatives that
   support long-term growth and value creation.

   6. Bagaimana Perseroan memandang tantangan dan peluang terkait pengembangan
       teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan implementasi jaringan 5G? /
       How does the Company view the challenges and opportunities arising from the development of
       Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and the deployment of 5G networks?


       Jawaban/Answer:
       Sebagai penyedia infrastruktur telekomunikasi, Perseroan senantiasa mendukung
       berbagai program pemerintah, termasuk pengembangan teknologi AI dan
       implementasi jaringan 5G. Perseroan berharap alokasi spektrum 5G dapat segera
       direalisasikan sehingga industri telekomunikasi dapat melakukan ekspansi secara
       lebih masif. Perseroan mendukung penuh berbagai inisiatif pemerintah yang
       mendorong pertumbuhan ekosistem digital nasional./
       As a telecommunications infrastructure provider, the Company remains committed to
       supporting various government initiatives, including the development of Artificial Intelligence
       (AI) technologies and the deployment of 5G networks. The Company looks forward to the timely
       allocation of 5G spectrum, which is expected to accelerate the expansion of the
       telecommunications industry and further strengthen the digital ecosystem. The Company fully
       supports government initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy
       and enhancing nationwide digital connectivity.
