J Uraian Informasi atau Fakta - Berdasarkan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa
Material Perseroan pada tanggal 20 Juni 2024 ("Rapat") diantaranya telah
menyetujui untuk:
mengangkat Bapak Kim Wook Bae selaku Direktur Perseroan
terhitung sejak ditutupnya Rapat, yang akan berlaku efektif
setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari OJK atas penilaian
kemampuan dan kepatutan (fit and proper resf) dan telah
memenuhi seluruh ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang telah berlaku di Negara Republik lndonesia, serta
dituangkan dalam suatu Keputusan Direksi;
- Bahwa Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah memberikan persetujuan atas
penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan terhadap Bpk. Kim Wook Bae
berdasarkan :
Salinan Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No. KEPR-57lD.0312024 tanggal 17 Juli 2024 tentang
Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr. Kim Wook Bae
sebagai Calon Direktur Korporat PT Bank Woori Saudara
Indonesia 1906 Tbk;
- Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas, bersama ini kami sampaikan
bahwa:
Bpk. Kim Wook Bae telah efektif menjabat sebagai Direktur
Korporat Perseroan terhitung sejak tanggal 12 Agustus2024;

Description of Material Information - Based on the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
or Facts Shareholders of the Company on June 20, 2024 ("Meeting"), among
others, hate agreed to:

the closing of the Meeting, which will be ffictive after obtaining
approval from the OJKfor the fit and proper test and has fuffilled
all provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the Republic
of Indonesia as outlined in a Board of Directors Decree;
- That the Financial Services Authority has given approval for the fit
and proper test of Mr. Kim Wook Bae bosed on:
A copy of the Decree of the Members of the Board of
Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority No. KEPR-
57/D.03/2021 dated July 17, 2021 concerning the Results of the
Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Kim Wook Bae as q Candidate

Tbk;
- Based on theforegoing, we hereby state that:
