PKP (“Perjanjian”), anak perusahaan
dari PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI), untuk
menyediakan jasa penambangan
sehubungan dengan operasi tambang
PKP. Perjanjian yang ditandatangani
berlaku untuk sepanjang umur
tambang (Life of Mine) selama
cadangan batubara (Coal Reserves)
pada Ijin Usaha Pertambangan (“IUP”)
PKP telah diproduksi dan/atau
dikeluarkan seluruhnya. Ruang lingkup
Jasa Penambangan meliputi produksi
pemindahan lapisan tanah penutup
(OB Removal) dengan estimasi sebesar
359.330.000 BCM dan produksi
batubara (Coal Mining) dengan
estimasi volume sebanyak 60.600.000
ton batubara dalam kurun waktu 9
tahun yang dimulai dari kuartal
keempat tahun 2024.
Perjanjian ini akan memberikan
kontribusi signifikan terhadap
pendapatan Perseroan kurang lebih
senilai Rp12 trilliun atau setara dengan
USD755 juta.
Tambang PKP merupakan tambang
batu bara thermal yang terletak di
Kecamatan Buhut, Kabupaten Kapuas,
Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

in connection with PKP's mining
Operations. The signed Agreement is
effective for the entire Life of Mine as
long as the coal reserves under PKP's
Mining Business License ("IUP") have
been fully produced and/or released.
The scope of Mining Services includes
the production of overburden
removal (OB Removal) with an
estimated volume of 359,330,000
BCM and coal production (Coal
Mining) with an estimated volume of
60,600,000 tons of coal overa period
of 9 years starting from the fourth
guarter of 2024.
This Agreement will give significant
contribution to the Company's
revenue approximately Rp12 trillion
or eguivalent to USD755 million.
PKP mine is ad thermal coal mine
located in Buhut Sub-district, Kapuas
Regency, Central — Kalimantan
Province.
