0049570.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 (SK Menkumham) mengenai
pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan. SK
Menkumham ini merupakan persetujuan hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan yang
diadakan pada tanggal 11 Juni 2024, dimana sebelumnya
modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan adalah berjumlah
2.668.586.400, dan berubah menjadi 2.616.226.706.

approval of the results of the Company's Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 11, 2024,
where previously the Company's issued and paid-up capital
was 2.668.586.400, and changed to 2.616.226.706.
