Hukum       dan    Hak     Asasi    Manusia       Republik    Indonesia    Nomor    AHU-
0049570.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 (“SK Menkumham”) mengenai pengurangan modal
ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan. SK Menkumham ini merupakan persetujuan hasil Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan yang diadakan pada tanggal
11 Juni 2024, dimana sebelumnya modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan adalah berjumlah
2.668.586.400, dan berubah menjadi 2.616.226.706.
We hereby inform that the company has received the Decree of the Minister of Law and
Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0049570.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024
(“Menkumham Decree”) regarding the reduction of the company's paid-up and subscribed
capital. This Decree is an approval of the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 11, 2024, where previously the Company's issued and
paid-up capital was 2.668.586.400, and changed to 2.616.226.706.
