Dengan hormat,
Sehubungan dengan Surat Bursa No. S-08427/BEI.PP3/08-2024 perihal Permintaan penjelasan atas
volatilitas transaksi efek. Bersama ini kami sampaikan tanggapan atas pertanyaan Bursa sebagai berikut:
1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik?
Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak mengetahui informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi investor sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang disebutkan di atas.
2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban untuk Menyampaikan Informasi ketentuan butir poin
III.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?
Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak mengetahui informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi investor sebagaimana yang
diatur dalam Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang disebutkan di atas.
3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik?
Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak mengetahui informasi /fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang
material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perusahaan dan kelangsungan hidup
Perseroan.
4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?

Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan telah melaporkan kegiatan pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam peraturan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang disebutkan di atas.
Sebagimana telah disampaikan dalam Laporan Keterbukaan Informasi Pemegang Saham
Tertentu.
5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk mengambil tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (setidaknya dalam 3 bulan ke depan)?
Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan dapat menyampaikan bahwa belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
aksi korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan mempengaruhi
pencatatan saham perseroan di Bursa.
6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
Tanggapan:
Pemegang saham utama akan mengumumkan setiap perubahan kepemilikan saham
sebagaimana diatur didalam peraturan secara tepat waktu.

In connection with IDX Letter No. S-08427/BEI.PP3/08-2024 regarding the request for an explanation of the
trading volatility. We hereby submit the response to the Exchange queries as follows:
1. Is the Company aware of material information or facts that can affect the value of corporate
securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Information Disclosure or Material Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies?
Response:
The Company's Management is not aware of any material information or facts that in their
opinion, could affect the value of the Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as
regulated in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation mentioned above.
2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that can affect the value of the
Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Rule Number I-E,
regarding Obligation to Submit Information, Provisions Point III.2.1 and IV.2.1, Attachment of
Decision of the Directors of PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia, KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021?
Response:
The Company's Management is not aware of any material information or facts that in their
opinion, could affect the value of the Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as
regulated in the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) regulations mentioned above.
3. Material information/facts/other important events that could affect the price of the Company's
securities and the going concern of the Company which had not been disclosed to the public.
Response:
The Company's Management is not aware of any material information/facts/other important
events that in their opinion, could affect the price of the Company's securities and the going
concern of the Company.

4. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 Regarding Ownership Reports or Any
Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares.
Response:
The Company's Management has reported the activities of certain shareholders as regulated
in the Regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) mentioned above. It is reported in
the Information Disclosure of Certain Shareholders Report.
5. Does the Company has plans for corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans
that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?
Response:
The Company's Management has no current plans for corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange.
6. Do the major shareholder’s has any plans relating to their share ownership in the Company?
Please seek the assistance of the Corporate Secretary to confirm with the major shareholders.
Response:
The major shareholders will announce any change in shareholdings in accordance to the
regulatory requirements on a timely basis.
